Shirley was Charlie's daughter by a previous marriage. She
married shortly after High School to Skip Quillen. Skip's
family was involved in 'Davis Ice and Coal', a necessary
service before the advent of refridgerators. The ice business
continued to supply Ocean City after coal had declined and Skip
ran the business for many years.
Shirley had two children, Davis and Ann. I have no pictures of
Ann but Davis was only two years younger than me so he Sam and I
were together for picture taking events.
