Hilda's first child was Richard. Born in 1942 he died in 1946
of Wilm's Tumor. I was about nine months old at the time.
Wilm's Tumor is a disease in which cancer (malignant) cells
are found in certain parts of the kidney. Today Wilms' tumor is
curable in the majority of affected children.
